Worth mentioning when you book
- Your dog's weight, so the right size is priced.
- Whether the coat is matted anywhere: behind the ears, under the collar, in the armpits.
- Anything about your dog that changes how the appointment should go: age, stiffness, hearing or sight, sore spots, or a history of being difficult with groomers.
- Your gate code and which building or entrance, if you're in an apartment or a gated community.
- Any specific cut you have in mind.

De-matting adds $10–$20 when it's needed, and you'll be told before it's done.
